I think piano is the easiest to learn to play. Violin is a really hard instrument to master or easy to play well. Guitar is a simple instrument for simple numbers, but when you try to play another song it is hard, and drums, I don't know anything about the drums :p

Try using a keyboard instead of a piano. it is nearly the same, but the sound and tuning is better on a real piano ofcourse.

Hi Nigildas! Well when I was little I was obliged to learn a music instrument. first I tried was a piano, my mother hired a music instructor for me, it was not easy for me to learn but because of passion, I learned somehow. My friends kept on saying that the easiest instrument to learn was the guitar, you just have to learn to strum and memorized the notes. But if you take my advice, go to an instrument which you interest the most. You can learn more easy when you love the instrument you were playing with. Good luck with that!

Guitar! I play guitar, although not as much as I should..And it's awesome! It's awesome to create music out of an instrument. It sounds weird but it's totally true. It's awesome to learn a few chords and just mess around and create your own music. I would suggest getting an acoustic guitar. You can get one for less than $100. Check out garage sales and thrift stores if that's too much. If you learn open chords like A, E, C, and D, with those four easy chords you could probably play hundreds of songs. I have both electric and accoustic guitars. I think they are both awesome (although I would suggest an accoustic, they're cheaper, require less equiptment, etc). Good luck to you in your endeavor! It might seem daunting but it's actually really fun and addicting once you start playing something!

For me, i say you go for the violin... It sounds so romantic, and its like you will feel the true message of the song by just listening to it. How much more if you were to play it right?
