I miss hanging out with my friends...

Being with my friends is like TGIF. We go to church then malls, do shopping, do new things together, eat together, watch movies together and sometimes, we just talk or just hang out in one of my friend's house. But ever since we graduated and had different schedules, not to mention work, we rarely see one another. I tried to keep in touch with them via talking in the phone for hours but I still miss them. I really miss going to church with them, shopping with them, doing new and crazy things with them, eating with them, watching movies with them or simply just hanging out with them. I miss them so much. How about you? Do you miss your college friends too? How do you keep in touch with them amidst a busy schedule? Thanks! Happy Mylotting ^_^

These past few months are really busy due to some deadlines to meet and year end reports to be done and present so I having a hard time to find some time to hang out with friends who I really misses.I miss hanging out with them but my work really occupied my time,I just have Sunday to relax at home and sometimes to do laundry. I miss watching movie together, eating out and chill in some places that we really enjoy hanging out.As long as all the work is done, surely I will spend quality bonding time with them.Just enjoy and seize the moment and i hope it will be soon.

I feel you. Being busy is the main culprit of it but after months of searching for myself, I realized that if I really want something to happen no matter what the excuses are, then it can happen with the right time management skills and WILL for it to happen. But usually, things happen when they are not planned. Seize the day!

Hanging out with friends really reminds me of a period when I was much younger than today. I used to hang out at malls or cafes. All my friends are now gone, most of whom are already married and have grown up children. Like you, I also miss them so much. Plan to contact them but do not have their phone numbers.

I feel your pain yanzalong but you make me feel old already! Anyway, I used to not have my buddies' digits but thanks to networking sites, I was able to find them so I asked for their numbers. We were able to communicate from time to time but it isn't the same as before. Life goes on!

Well I never had the pleasure to attend College except for 1 semester and most of the people I did not really get to know while going there. Most of my friends I had made back before this I kept in contact with for a couple yrs. and then lost contact. But I have been able to keep in contact with some of them now after all these yrs. via Facebook and might get a chance to reunite with some of them this summer.

Let me guess... Why do i feel that you are a choir member bewitching??? Coz you see... i feel the same way too.. I had been a member of a university choir. When we all graduated, of course everyone went their way. There is still, a big chunk of our choir batch who just couldnt live without music. So, months after our graduation, we decided to reunite for 2 things... one is to be together as friends as another is to serve the Lord thru that one thing that really got us glued together. So, we searched for churches who are in need of a choir and there we stayed. Just the same, some good things never last... Some got married, some had other new priorities in life, some left the country... but the memories would always be there. And everytime i look back, all i could do sigh and smile at the same time... call it bittersweet... those are the days... dang! Im getting old and mushy!

I was a choir member ever since elementary. Music has been my passion and I would say that the choir had really played a huge role in nurturing my talent in singing and serving Christ through my voice. I'm glad that you're choir is still going strong. I hope we could be like your choir that despite the different paths we are going to take, we would still one day unite and be one voice again to serve the LORD and enjoy making beautiful music together.

Hi Bewitchingmelody! Like you, I miss my college friends so bad! That if there were some thing as a time machine, I would rather get it no matter what and experience the happiest time of my life! I miss the way we do trash talks without getting hurt, doing unusual things and not feeling tired of any routine craziness. Now that we had our own life now, we seldom communicate with each other. We were so busy building our careers. But I hope soon we can find time to reunite again. How I missed them like hell!

Same here Annrose 21. I miss my best buddies in college. Now that we have taken different routes, we rarely meet. A time machine would be nice but I am happy of how things are. Life must go on with or without them. I am sure that me and my buddies would meet again someday and then we would have lot of catching up to do.

yes. i do miss my college friends. there is nothing to compare your college friends with. after graduation, we still managed to find time to bond at least once a month. but now, since some of us have families already, we're not seeing each other that often. but we always get in touch with each other. actually, we almost had a christmas party but one of my friends grandmother past away so we have to postpone it. hope we can schedule it this coming february.

Sometime yes sometime no , depends on the mood of the time, because college days are lazy and crazy. But sometime i do miss the care free life , less responsibility just attend class do work and spent leisure time with frens , really a carefree time, unlike now full of responsibility and such.I keep in touch with them in forums , fb , twitter and more in msn.

Hi, like you I also miss my friends, I miss when were together we do all the crazy things we really talk a lot and we laugh out loud all night. I miss when we plan to watch a movie and someone can't come because he don't have enough money, we will share our extra cash so that we can pay for him. I really miss them a lot.

Yes i know how you feel.. I face the same with my friends and especially when they got married. With all the fuzz like work, family we have alienated from each other and we do not have the chance to hung out as before..What to say , that is life!
