Friends.. Have you been serious with your annual check-up? What are the laboratory procedures that you include in your annual check-up? Now that our family had been marked with cancer, early this year, my sisters had underwent their OB workup. Even i had it two days ago and luckily i am clear. Friends, i know that an annual check-up might take so much of our time in the office but we owe it to ourselves to keep ourselves healthy. Health is wealth remember that. Cancer is not always in genetics.. it is in the food that we eat... so please mark a date on the calendar for your wellness day.
