Friends can you tell me Vinegar is good or bad for health ? because i came to know that i plays a role of preservative for foods for long time, also heard that if it is consumed daily even a table spoon its having bad reaction on the body, so anyone can tell me is that good or bad.....

Vinegar? Well it depends. Apple cider vinegar is good. It helps cure disease, especially when you have a flu or sore throat. Vinegar is not good for your health only when it is consume in large amount. In japan, ppl take at least 1 table spoon of vinegar a day as it is good for your health and for longevity. Mix a table spoon of vinegar with honey and water. That is what i do almost everyday. =)

Used moderately, vinegar is good for health, except for people having a stomach ulcer. I read in a 19th century letter that the sender was attributing his good health to the vinegar he was adding in his water
. It is not completely wrong, because vinegar is good against hypertension and improves diuresis. Vinegar can't be married with all sort of foods : it aids the digestion of meats, but it plays a bad role in the digestion of starch, so don't put vinegar in starchy foods.
