Friends can anyone tell me what we have to eat in the morning that have high protein and more calories and good for health ? rather then having that cheese or breads.

Milk is a good protein sourse and so are some meats. I would choose cold cuts, if you like them. I roast a chicken once in a while and love to eat a cold piece for breakfast.

Years ago I read a book for separate feeding and I learned that the best breakfast consists of fruits and juice. They say that you should begin the day with some light food after the night without digestion.
And I've just found by chance a delicious proposal:

I like it a lot.

Oats and bananas are great! The oats might taste bad, but then it has high protein, and you can either eat it boil, which i find it disgusting, and i rather blend it with my protein drink into a nice milkshake. And banana has high calories. =) you should try it. It is really good for health compare to cheese or bread. good luck.
