Have you reach some point of your life wherein you feel that you are very tired? That's what I feel now. I'm so tired. Tired of everything. I feel drained. I want to rest, I need to rest. But I could not do it. There's a lot of factors that need to be considered prior to drawing a certain decision. How about you? Have you been extremely wiped out?

I feel the same. Been busy for weeks, was not able to sleep had cramps at night. Thought my nearly4 weeks staying in
africa would give me some rest, the cramps left me but now back home I feel so tired. I really am and have a hard time to stay awake, feel dizzy too.. but have a lot of things to arrange (again). I will/need to change a lot this year. Weird thing is I heard many people say they feel so tired.. perhaps the problems, economy, the winter the cold?

Not lately but there have been times in the past where I have just felt ready to collapse. There are just going to be a lot of times where it is going to frustrate me to say the very least. Just seems like when things happen in life, they are going to all happen at once, one after another, boom, boom boom, all in a row. That is going to wear a person out to say the very least.
I do really think that there are a lot of times where we just got to take a step back and take a day off. Which granted, is not a luxury we can have just at a snap of a finger. Still there are just times where we feel like a lot of times we just have really suffered a lot of things and we just really just need to take a step back. Of course the feeling of wipe out is going to be one of the worst things in life.

Yes, there are many things to do still which keeps my mind going on nonstop that I do not feel like resting yet. Another thing is my coke consumption, if I don't drink it I feel bored but if I drink sleeping is tough. If all my work is done, the less to worry and easy get rest when mind is free from any disturbing thoughts regarding work.

I have still not met that state you metioned, maybe i'm very optimistic with everything, even though sometimes I really felt I'm tired but it gone soon, how to adopt a proper attitude to face different somethings is important in my opinion. but I'm not sure I will never meet that point in the future but I must do my best to avoid it.

I think we always feel tired here in the UK in the Winter. The lack of light, and therefore Vitamin D, makes us very sleepy when we should be up and at it! I feel as if I should be hibernating in a cave like a bear! Everything is just too much hard work at this time of the year, even though the weather has been very kind to us so far.
I'm also tired because I am sorting out things in the house and garden before I put my house up for sale. That's never a fun thing to do!

Same here. These past weeks are really stressful, trying and exhausting especially at work. There are lots of works to be done, deadlines to meet and reports to be submit. There are too many year end stuff to do and accomplish.I hope it will be over this coming week so I can take break for awhile to relax, have fun and enjoy life for a moment.
