Full Metal Alchemist: Is it worth watching?

I love it. I love both Full Metal Alchemist and Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. If you are looking for a funny anime though... that is not it. Its very dark at some points especially Brotherhood and while there are funny moments in it there are also a lot of deep moments, sad moments (FMA has one of the saddest moments to me, I cry every time), and so much more. Its not your typical funny off the wall anime. So if you don't mind that then I suggest watching both. Brotherhood follows the manga a bit more closely.

i definitely recommend this anime it does have a dark story line but nothing that is really drastic it has a darker view on life and by the end of the series you feel like it was worth watching because you feel good that all is well but you find yourself with a smaller perspective in the back of your head and you think wow so much of human activity and habits were actually pretty well recorded in full metal alchemist a must see

I love Fullmetal Alchemist anime, and probably my first most favorite anime for now. Both Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood are very great anime and recomended to watch. For the funny characters, they sometimes can be funny and joking but the strongest point of this anime is not the funny part but the story that getting darker as the story goes. Actually what makes this anime the best for me because they put together the dark and a little funny part in it and also with the great plot. So if you haven't watch it yet, then you definitely must watch it. Happy mylotting...
