Water,its essential to all human beings. Not only human beings even plants and animals depends on the water.
It keeps you fresh and energetic, every morning directly after waking up I start with drinking water which I feel it activates all organs of our body, then as the day progress I used to take sufficent amount of water as per need. Before going to sleep also I take water, hence I felt water makes it presence all the time of our day.
How much amount of water you daily take and share also your thought about the merits of taking water frequently.

Water is very important for the survival of human beings. I take 500 ml water in the mornings. Then during day time I will consume roughly 1 1/2 to 2 litres water besides coffee, tea in liquid form.
Drinking water helps in movement of bowels and also keeps our hunger less.

I think I drink more than that. Morning 500 ml. and then during day 1 1/2 to 2 litres of water. Dehydration is one of the causes for many people getting dizzyness.

Can we include in the counting the amount of water taken when we drink coffee, juice, and other beverages? These drinks do contain water also. Or, do you mean, drinking pure water alone with no such other substances?

I usually drink about six glass or less everyday. I know I have to drink more, but sometime I forgot. Now I am trying to drink minimum eight glass mineral water each day for my health. Besides, water can keep our skin soft :)

Yes your correct water makes our body healthier. I appreciate your intention to drink more water daily. Hope you will do it, my advice is better keep a water bottle with you with enough water, it makes you motivate to drink more water, this is the way i usually practise.

i drink at least one full bottle of water daily. i also take water with my daily medications i take. i think water keeps you full and i usually have it with my dinner. it is great for your skin too. as you get older, you get dryer. water is the best.

I don't think that most people drink enough water, and evidence of this can be seen in their day to day health which isn't all that good at all when you think about it. You have to remember that everything that you drink counts, including cups of tea and things like that. I always have at least three cups of tea per day, and two glasses of water, and one glass of fruit juice with my dinner. Moisture in food adds to your overall amount as well, so you shouldn't forget about that. You'll probably find that you're drinking much more than you realise.

Water is very essential for any living creature including human.I consume 2 liters of drinking water daily.Drinking water should not be wasted and water should be recycled for other use.

Yes, water is very essential in our life. It is one of the basics that we can't live without like air. Drinking water recharges us too. I prefer drinking cold water than sodas. Drinking softdrink or soda makes me more thirsty.
According to an health aritcle, Water maintains system equilibrium, lubricates, flushes wastes and toxins, hydrates the skin, regulates body temperature, acts as a shock absorber for joints, bones, and muscles, adds needed minerals, and transports nutrients, minerals, vitamins, proteins and sugars for assimilation. Thus, it is very important that we can't live without!
But do you know that there are some people that do not drink water? I don't know what it is called. Sort of having phobia in drinking water

Yes there are lots of difference between hot and cold water, while taking honey along with hot water you will easily reduced your weight. Mean while taking honey with cold water can increase your weight.
Then its interesting to hear that peoples don't take water. Then its very diffcult to know. Please share me about this thing in detail in your free time.

Water is really important and essential to us.Recommended intake of water are 8 to 10 glasses a day which I'm trying to practice and do.Sometimes I do drink 8 glasses a day but most of the time I don't drink water that much.I should start to make sure that I will take 8 glasses of water a day.
