Franne might be right. It could be allergic rhinitis. Colds are caused by viruses and I just can't imagine that a person can get infected by a virus that often. I know it's possible, but I'm just saying that there might be some other reasons why you're having colds or symptoms of colds. Allergic rhinitis can be triggered by various things like sudden change in weather, dust, strong smell, etc. And what you feel can be a bit similar to having colds.

I know how it feels because I am like you that when the weather changes, I become sick. Try to get an allergy test so that you know what is causing the colds and the asthma. I have not had a bad asthma attack for quite some time now because I know what I am allergic to. These are foods that I thought I wasn't allergic to like cheese and dairy. When I moved out of my mom's house my intake of cheese and milk became occasional and so my colds and asthma attacks stopped. It also has something to do with stress and being rested at night. Make sure that you are getting a good night's sleep. Also load up on a lot of fruits and veggies in order to build up your immune system.

Hi! i think your resistance to infection is low. Most doctors say that if you easily catch colds or any respiratory disorder that means you have weak lung resistance. I suggest you eat more fruits and vegetables and try taking vitamin supplement. Foods rich in vitamin C increases body's resistance to infection and foods rich also in vitamin A strengthens our epithelial cells found in our lungs and other parts of our body. Try observing also what triggers this colds because that might be caused by allergens. Allergens are substances or particles that causes allergy and the symptoms are runny nose or rhinitis. Cough maybe a symptom and could lead to asthma attack that is quite dangerous. You better consult a doctor so you can take a medicine indicated for that illness.

You should visit and talk to a doctor first about this.Maybe is an allergic reaction to something you eat or breathe and it is not a cold. Also try to live in a well heated enviroment and wear warm clothes as well. If you use air condition try to clean it well from inside because this might cause you allergies. Also try to eat well and take vitamin supplements of vitamin C which helps the immune system to recover from colds.
Good luck and i hope to overcome this.
