Learn Java script

Hi,
I want to learn java script but very confused about several websites.
I had search it on google but there are so many websites having java script tutorial.
its very confusion that which one good website I have to select.
Can anyone suggest me few good and very good websites where I can learn genuine and good java script.

I would strongly recommend codeacademy. It is a java script website that teaches you step by step interactively how to write in Javascript. It is a completely free site that offers lessons from the ground up to more advanced techniques as you successfully complete the other lessons.

my favorite source would be from planetsourcecode. i've been learning a lot from there for years now. and since you're into javascript, i would also suggest you get into frameworks like jquery or mootools.

I don't know if the java script can be learned. So far I just copy paste the script. It seems to me learning it is too difficult at the moment. I'd better focus on designing websites and used ready-made scripts. Too many scripts are not good either. When there are some errors, you will find it difficult to correct it.

hello HimArticles i suggest this to website to learn java script either you choose http://www.w3schools.com/js/ or http://www.tizag.com/javascriptT/ this two website has a great tutorials for webdevelopment easy to learn because the explanation are clear and also they provide example working codes i hope this help.
