Hello mylotters! I need some help about making videos. When I go to youtube, there are some videos there that look cute because there are some animations popping out of nowhere to correspond to what the person in the video is saying. So, it looks more fun and interesting. In one music video I've seen, while the lady is singing there a rain of computer-generated flowers falling. Then, in a vlog, there was this kid that pretends that she's been hit on the head with a hammer and there was actually a cartoonish hammer hammering her head. How did they make their videos so much fun? I want to make my videos like those. Do you know any free software that I can use to make such videos? Thanks for your help.

I use Adobe Premiere to compose videos. It allows for layers of clips to be added to both video and sound streams. Once you are happy with your compilation you can save the vid and upload it to YouTube.
Trouble is that it is not free.

Youtube offeres a video editor as well as audio swap feature. You make the video in movie maker or something upload it, then use their editor, to add effects. Or create your own effects and what not with the programs you have then compose them into the movie. If you're good with grafics, you can get pretty much any free programs from "download.com" So um... I don't know if that helps, but that's what I'd do.
