Sick of being a Company Nurse..

Been a Company Nurse for almost two(2) years and a half now. And same old stuff happens to me everyday.I felt bored and I think I'm stagnant when it comes to my skills and knowledge as being a nurse. :( How about you? Are the same things happening to you right now?

Yes almost. i think not only a nurse can demoralize you there are so many person can underestimate you in this world. so be cool this matter and think freely.

No one demoralizes me or underestimate either. It's just that sometimes my work are the same everyday. It's kinda routine to me that's why e felt bored.

You have brought back memories of the company nurse where I used to work, I never really understood why they had her to be honest as she wasn't allowed to give any medications and every single female that went to see her was asked if they were pregnanr, I don't know why she asked that as she wasn't going to be giving medication or anything...

Maybe it's a company policy. But in my case all my patients are male with different nationality. So I have to be flexible in dealing with their cases.
