My Dear Fellow myLotters... I did a good deed today. I am so glad of it. I remember, when my resources were good, I had given the password to my online banking account to my brother. I had told him that if something happened to me, he would be able to withdraw the money.
I remembered this today. I had an idea suddenly flashing on my mind. How would you know, my dearest friends, how would you know, if I died all of a sudden? There is no one on myLot who will be able to know this. And I don't want you guys to think, I quit myLot... No, as long as I breathe, I'll be here... am getting emotional, maybe...
Well, I have made a provision today. If I disappear from the world, all of a sudden, a pal of mine will let you know about it...
I just feel I am gonna go... LOL.. :(
Thanks a lot for all the love that you people have given me. I never got so much in my life... Thanks a lot!!! I am a proud myLotter.... And I am happy that I am here, communicating with you fellows.. God bless everybody!!!!!!!!!

Pearl -- you are in your thirties. Why should you have to talk so negatively? I am 61+ and still not worrying about the end. i have not given my password to my children. Remember after the demise of the account holder the money drawn by others may not be considered right.
Please do not give password for bank accounts to anybody. You should not give ATM password also. You can give that to your wife.
You will live for many more decades to come.

Hi Raisivan,
Actually Mr. Pearl is being really smart. Dying isn't just for the elderly. Young people get in accidents and get diseases and whatnot all the time. You really just never ever know. That is why it is recommended that regardless of your age, you have a living will and also some life insurance.

True accidents cannot be predicted and one cannot predict what is going to happen the next day. But young people should be more positive than elders in this regard.

Hatley aunty -- I wish you keep yourself active like this live for many more years.
I tried to post my reply two times earlier. It was not passing through. let me try the third time.
Yes. I am of the view that 60+ is extra number of years and we should try to pass it off without much trouble to others.
My parents were active till the last moment in their life. I wish I also live like that.

Yes, it's really sad for us to leave this world suddenly, without anybody knowing about it. That's one reason i'm cherishing and treasuring my daily life, whatever i have. It's important for me to love my family, my bf well because what they see or hear from me now, might be the last. Things changes everyday and even everyday routine can take a sudden turn out of expectations. Do cherish what we have in life, and take good care of it.

Hmm. you sound so morbid Pearl. But i can understand your visioning of things. You are just one person who wants to be assured in everything and that includes when you die .
I think when i die, my daughter will announce it here. She is also a Mylotter, though she's not active anymore because she's so bent in studying for her Medicine course.

Hi mr_pearl,
What a crazy thought you're thinking. But yes any one of us will die any time of the day, we never know. But right now I don't wanna think about that Usually if I've not been in this virtual world I am dealing with a tough problem. I did disappeared being active in blogging before. Because I cannot actually blog about what I;m going through and those times I've got no inspiration to write humorous things or just about anything that's happening in my life. So I quit blogging.
Now in myLot I was thinking also what if I suddenly ended up again in a gloomy and tough situation. Maybe I will be gone for some months but I will still come back. And if I never came back and my myLot account can still be seen by other lotters, then that means maybe I disappeared from the world too.

Aww don't think that way, you are still young. =) I do get emotional sometimes and think of all these stuff too. Our life will all end some day. So instead of thinking about when i would be dying, i would rather do something that is meaningful and i would enjoy. =) When we leave this world, we can take nothing with us, just like how we came into this world. All the money that you have will mean nothing one day. The only thing everyone would remember you for is your name, and all the good things you have done. So keep up the good work. Enjoy your life as it is now. Don't go so early. =) we will all definitely miss you here on mylot.

quite often this topic came on my lot for 5 yrs I've been here
people are wondering whether mylotter friends will know when they die
In my situation they will never know I guess
but I specified beneficiary to whatever investment/saving so that won't be a problem
I don't have much, but at least the money will go somewhere
I'm glad you like it here and that you find new friends to share
about your time to go, all I can say is that it's your life
you decide when and how you will go
but while you are here, be the best you can be and enjoy life :)
I saw your reply about the books, I never read the ones you bought
most books I read in my teenage and adult years are metaphysical stuffs
as a child I like Agatha Christie, Enid Blyton, Marvel comics
most movies I never read the books, like LOTR, Harry Potter etc

Are you seriously thinking like how I did just 8 years ago or are you sick of something we don't know about aside for depression? Seriously pal if it's latter, I would already start saying my long good-bye to you. But I don't think so, I hope it isn't so. Seriously, you're acting like you just went into my teenage years.

Hi, Mr_Pearl! You should be a good man if you show so much care about your fellow myLotters. But I'm the next in your discussion to speak about your negative thinking.
Why do you have to lead into temptation your brother? This is a joke, of course, but now I get serious. Put on your new clothes and go out celebrate, because you are young, lol!
Think about the good events in your life a lot more will follow. Good luck!

I think about that at times also. So I understand where
you are coming from.
Since you have been down for a while, it's common to think
of doom and gloom. It's a symptom of depression and so forth.
Do you have any hobbies or things you like to do that get
you away from home and work? You need an outlet besides
personal relationships. Something that is always there for you.
