Hi friends , i want to loose my weight . Is there any perfect workout for me , means which fruits are better to loose weight and which are good for sizing .

You can also eat normally and just eat 2 a 3 pieces of fruit each day. Just don't eat too many fat products. Also try to work out? Jogging or going to the gym is useful. Have fun losing weight!

if you only eat fruit (all kinds of) you will loose weight (just skip the banana's). So just fruit nothing else.
