Mostly banks are suggesting to register with verified by Visa or Mastersecure so that you are taken to security password page when you are transaction online.. but when people are giving their credit card details those are not by bank.. it's merchant pages.. so it's little easier for anyone to get credit card information.. that's why bank are suggesting to register with payment services.. do you think these are enough safe?

Online merchants are never secured no matter how banks tried to step up security in protecting both consumers and buyers interest. There's always some loopholes somewhere as data are being transferred. I do online shopping and purchases too, but i don't use any credit cards. I rely on my debit card instead because if there's not enough fund in it, it can't be used and i won't have to pay like credit cards where everything is bought on credit, including those stolen from our credit identity.
