Well It has been days since I posted anything and I hope you'll like this one, anyway how are you guys doin and hope you are having a blast. Anyway i was thinking about driving a lot lately and hope you share the same sentiments. I like driving especially in the early morning when there are few cars and the freeway is way way open, I like cruising around on a straight long line just focused on the long road and waiting for my exit. It's nice because you feel in control and very much calm here in our country 50 Mph is fast so I keep it down, I like this kind of driving, It is very relaxing and soothing. But when traffic hits and everybody is jockeying for a tiny advantage on the road it is just heart pounding the thought of hitting another car and also wanting that lane is just unbearable, but its the way of life back here and it kinda gives a little thrill to the driving experience. How bout you guy's how does driving make you feel???

I am Portuguese and i leave in a small city, so i donĀ“t need to drive a lot (5 minutes to go to work or market...), but i love to drive. On weekends i enjoy to take my car and just drive and go where the road take me... It s great when i need some space or to think in life :)

Oh, I agree with you on this. There are really times when just cruising around in a traffic-free road early in the morning can really be very, very soothing. I can also lower the windows down and take a whiff of the fresh air. I'm fortunate enough to be living in a part of the metropolis that has still lots of trees. And yep, it also could pump your adrenaline. Sometimes before I go home after those soothing drives I take in the morning, it seems that the child in me gets out. I rev up the engine and drive really fast. But those are the days. They lowered the speed limit on the road I usually drive fast on.

Hey beemer88, Do you drive a beemer, soryy it was a silly question i just thought of anyway yeah, it's really great when you have an open road to your self and zero traffic that is really the most relaxing way of driving and at night when you wanna burn off the extra energy when the missus is not good to go for the evening, you can just push the pedal to the metal but safety first and to avoid accidents better do it on the PS3 right???

I suppose It could depend on how late you might be running for wherever you're heading on your trip,or your choice of music that's playing while getting there,so you could be totally mellowed out if things are going well or in a state of road rage if they're not ..

Hi shepherdspy, I guess everything is situational, things affect driving not only our mood but by also the situation at hand, anyway Ive had my fair share of road rage but now since I'm a little bit older I avoid it, yah don't know what caliber the guy is holding behind a tinted windshield right.

I like to drive sometimes and sometimes I dont as you said. Sometimes its a nice relaxing ride but sometimes I'm in a rush and all the cars around me are in a rush and then it fills you with anticipation and anxiety and you just want to get where your going so you can stop driving. I used to love when my husband would drive because then I would have time to read my books hehe.

Hi there shaggin, Yeah isn't it nice to just be in control and free and also with the fresh air blowing inside the vehicle, I just love it but there are just times that you just wanna be a passenger and think about important things while looking outside the window fascinated by the view .

I do like driving it keeps me freedom and i enjoy doing it. I really dont mind driving at all because i get out on my own and im by myself and can actually listen to music because when i am with anyone else like my mom or boyfriend and were out and driving around they dont listen to music and its annoying. I like music on. I dont mind driving long distances either and actually i enjoy doing that when im with my boyfriend but when im with my parents i actually have to sit in the back and i get nauteaus and headaches and i hate being in the back of the car its not good for me at all and i wish i could drive all the time.

Yeap if I can drive all the time that would be great now I am thinking what if I make a business out of it I'll modify a big van to be a luxurious mini school bus I'll just be driving taking the kids to school, And I know they'll be safe because I am a very defenssive driver. Happy driving and always stay safe.
