Have you ever been into a situation where someone throw a joke and everyone were laughing and your the one left behind?
I don't know about you but it happens to me several times. It may have some connections on how your brain neurons works out. But I learned my lessons anyway. So if ever someones fooling around I tried to observe and listen so that I may not be the last to laugh.

Well, some jokes could really be so funny to others , but not to some others.
So, that's what happened maybe. But if it's not, then you can consider yourself a slow thinker indeed. Or could it be , that you didn't hear it right?

Being the last to laugh doesn't entirely mean you think so slow.
Sometimes, when a joke is thrown, it didn't make you laugh actually. But seeing all of them laugh, you would just laugh because their laughing is contagious.

Actually, its a sensible thing to do. You should laugh at a joke or a comment ONLY if it makes you laugh. You don't need to laugh at something only because someone else is laughing at it.
Also, if I may add, there is nothing shameful in being honest and saying "Well, what you said must be very funny, but honestly I didn't get it."
