I've Made a Discussion Under Student Instead of Mylot

The previous discussion I made is quite confusing. I was suppose to make a discussion under the STUDENT but somethings stops me and made a new topic instead. But that topic was not suppose to be under the Student. My mind was struggled because of a topic I was supposed to start. I had made a new discussion instead of changing first the field where it really belongs. Will I be penalized for this? I'm afraid what will be the consequences after this.

Hi rusale, They're all right. There is no penalty for that. It is just that the discussion you made will fall into a wrong category. If someone is interested checking all discussions under Student, then they won't see that discussion you made under it.

Yah. I think that there's no penalty for that. But maybe it will make my earnings decrease because if other mylotters can see that it was put under a different interest, they would probably rank it negative. It's not really penalty but consequences after a mistake.

Some myLotters don't have the time to do that anymore. Unless you violate the guidelines they won't rate it negative. Don't worry much about that.

No, I won't hold it against you. Mistakes happen. If you would like, I can remove it for you and you can re-post it in the Mylot interest section.

No, you won't be penalised. It's always best to choose a relevant Interest, of course, because people who share the same interests are more likely to see it and respond, but the Interests are only a way of classifying or labelling discussions. Everything really goes into one big 'forum'.

Thanks for your response guys. I thought I will penalized for it. Thanks for giving me information about it.
