I found out that the source of tiredness/headaches after my sleep is due to my tendency to go piss at the night.
Its been like 2 years since that keeps happening to me at night , certain days i try not to drink water before sleeping but still , all attempts fail.
I can't enjoy sound sleeps no more :"(""
Suggest a remedy please.

I'm sorry to learn of your insomnia. I am fortunate in that I sleep fairly soundly most nights but I do find as I get older that I need to visit the bathroom once or twice before morning. Luckily, I am able to return to sleep fairly quickly.
You ask for a remedy. Try not to eat after 8.00pm or drink after 10.00pm.

I implore you, get a medical check-up, now. This symptom is called poly-urea in terms of diabetes and is a primary symptom. Have this ruled out. This symptom is also present in persons with infection in urinary tract or if the bladder is being constricted due to any extraneous reasons. All of these are potentially serious and can be dangerous in the long run.
Having ruled them out the matter is simply an adjustment in diet. You may have to give up sodas and other carbonated drinks. Time, quantity and carbohydrate content of the food intake will have to be proportioned to suit your bladder capacity.

Can imagine that you get tired if you have to get out at night for a toilet visit. Although with me it's only (at least I think it is) when I can't get back to sleep anymore. So I need to visit the toilet still "sleeping".
I can't remember the last night I slept through I think I already go to the toilet since years at night. Mostly I don't need to go at day time so I guess that's the reason I go at night.
If you have headaches it might be you have a lack of fluid in your body. So start drinking water (not coffee or tea or soft drinks just water).
