Do you watch the news?

The only time I can watch news is late at night. If I get lucky, I get to watch the morning news. I do not get to watch the prime time news because I am not yet home at that time. Watching the news gives me the opportunity to know more about what is going on here in our country as well as abroad. Sometimes the news can get really bad. Nonetheless, I just watch as usual for more information as to current events.

Yes. I watched it in the afternoon and also in the midnight. But I find it to be updated through the internet. Sometimes, I'm quite skeptical about the news that I'm watching. The mass media should be our way to voice out what we wanted to say but sometimes they're the one who concealed it.

I can't say that I really have the habit of watching the news. I may watch a little bit if I happen to see something that seems interesting, but I won't watch it for very long. Even this won't happen very often. Watching the news isn't really the sort of thing that I do.

I work at nights, so I watch the evening news before I go to work. I try to watch the news everyday because I think it is important to keep up to date on the events of the world. Many days I also read the local newspaper to see what is happening, though it is better to get the news from television because it tends to be more recent.

I hardly watch any news nowadays because it will only depress me. It seems that the news is like a harbinger of bad things to come. Like this morning I tried to watch the early morning news, only to find out that gas prices have gone up again. It's either that, floods, deaths and the nonsense trial going on in my country that everyone is so glued to. So I would rather save on electricity and turn off my TV than watch the news.

I read the news online, as work during the news. Its easy to keep up to date on what is going on around the world. We all know its not all good news; however, we need to know as much as possible.

Hi! I don't really watch the news intentionally. I mean, I watch it if it so happen that I'm idling in front of the TV and then the news would go on air. I just watch it because it's airing and if there's no other good shows in other channels. I usually enjoy watching news so I don't change channels anymore.

I usuallly watch tv new channels when i am having my breakfast.I surf all the news channels so i get a variety of news from all over my country as well as from all over the world.I don`t read the newspaper in the morning but read it leisurely in the evening when i have more free time on my hands. The morning tv news is just for headlines and a quick update and newspapers are for serious and detailed analysis.

I am one of those who are addicted to the news on TV. I enjoy knowing about what is happening in the country. These past few days, my attention was on the impeachment proceedings in my country and I must be one of those who are closely following up the developments over the live TV broadcast. Being properly informed and knowledgeable on current events also serves a good purpose in our life especially when it comes to discussions like the ones that we do online. You know what you are talking about and can always participate with your own comments and opinions instead of being left out in the dark.

Even though many say that you shouldn't watch the news if you are trying to keep a positive attitude, I do watch the news to keep up with current events. But I make an effort never to watch the 10/11pm news. While I still get the negative, its best not to watch it before you go to sleep; when you do that that is the most present thing your subconsious mind has to work on while you sleep. So to at least curb the negative input I do get, I just watch the news in the morning, the noon, and the early evening news. After that I will not watch again until the next day.

it has always been a habit for me to watch the news [the late night news] before i sleep. current events especially affecting my country, as well as other countries, surely helps me keep me aware of what's happening at least to be informed of what important events have transpired.

I do still watch the news from time to time. Although most of the news are bad news, i still watch it, so that i'll know what's happening in my surroundings and country. Luckily we have cable, so i was able to watch news from other countries. And sometimes i read news online too. What's new and what's hot. But reading news paper is something i seldom do and buy.
