PARVO Virus

This might be too late because parvo kills very quickly but take it to the vet! It's the only chance they have and even sometimes the vet cannot even save them. The first concern is dehydration so the vet will start fluid therapy with either an IV or subcutaneously and will give the puppy antibiotics for secondary infections. Finally they will give the puppy some anti nausea medicine to control the throwing up. It can go either way...I've had a puppy not make it that stayed at the vets for treatment and I've had one survive that I kept at home and just had the vet inject fluids every morning. So, it just depends. Good luck I hope your puppy survives.
