It's basically about trying to predict how foreign currencies are going to go up or down. So you invest in a currency you believe will go up, and sell the currency you bought when it is worth more than what you got it for, and so on. It's kind of like doing stuff on the stock markets, with stocks, except that instead of stocks, you use foreign currencies, like the US Dollar, GBP or the Euro. You have to learn a lot of strategies and stuff to be really good at it though, so it's not really a very easy way to make money or anything.
