May i ask if you are on the fat side ? I notice that fat people tend to sweat a lot. That's because of the fats in their body that contributes to sweating. Also, if the weather is really hot, you would feel that way. I do sweat also , even after a bath ,if the weather is so hot.

I live in a tropical country. I guess it is not that hot in the morning but I am still sweating after taking a bath. Even during my college day when I was not fat, I was still sweating. Happy mylotting!

It would be best if you get to see a dermatologist about that. They are trained to deal with those kind of problems, my friend. They know how they can help you stop sweating.

Hi champoy, I don't know if this will work on you but it did to me and my other family member. My grand told me before to get the water from the washed rice.I don't know how they call it in english. Here is how: When we are to cook rice,we will wash the rice right?Get the water we used to wash(hugas-bigas) the rice (first and second wash)and mixed it to the water you are going to used to take a bath.Do that everyday till you notice that you don't sweat much. You will also notice that your sweat will change its smell For my daughter, when she was 3,we used that to her for three weeks and sometimes we add some to her bath whenever she feels like doing so.She knows it at her early age.. While i used it for less than a month also because i also sweat a lot. You may try it.

Wow really? Is this your grand's traditional treatment to excessive sweating? What is the science of this? I guess I have to try your suggestion. Let's see if this works on me. Happy mylotting!

Try some body washes instead of just normal soap, they always leave me feeling clean. Also a friend of my suggested this before, and it may sound like lemonade as it is kinda minus the sugar. But he suggested to drink cold water, with squeezed lemon juice into it, not too much, just enough that you have a hint of lemon in every sip. Lemon or lime will do. I am not sure the science of it, but it may be related to electrolytes. If I remember correctly he stated that he drank these when he use to live in India, which is arguable one of the hottest countries in the world, and it prevented him from dehydration and sweating too much. Cheers!

I don't use body washes. I use just a normal soap. I will try to use body wash next time instead of normal soaps. Did your friend drink it every morning or any time of the day?

If you have fun or air con you can use to cool the room whenever you bath. You can also buy deodarants and see whether it will help.

Most of the time I am sweating on my chest and my back. I am not using fan to cool the temperature of my room. They said it is not good. So I don't try that. Thanks for sharing! Happy mylotting!

Is it hot in your place? Sweating a lot could mean something. The other guy here asked you if you are somehow fat? Because all i know is that too much sweating has something to do with some metabolic disorders. Contact your doctor, if this persist. Or maybe you can use some antiperspirant with aluminum chloride hexahydrate.

Hello champoy186, good day to you. I think you have to choose the right soap, or better yet, consult your dermatologist. You may have some hormonal problems. Good luck!

How hot is you water that you bathe in? And what would wash when i come home from work, you don't need to take a sauna. The need to wash is understandable. Do you really have the time to wash just before you go to work, you might feel stress to do so, than change the way you do things.

It is not hot actually. I use the normal water I get from the faucet. I also tried half bath before I go to sleep. But there are times that I can't do it especially if I feel so tired and want to go to sleep.
