Well i was driving and it was late at night and i ran a stop sign and the cop gave me a ticket. This is my second ticket (it was the same cop both times) the time before was a little fender bender in the rain and i got the ticket dropped, would it be difficult to get this one dropped or no. Also if its not possible will my car insurance rates go up?

Hi James, Well, every state is different but if those are the only two violations on your license then I'm pretty sure that they would not cause your insurance to go up. You should call your insurance company and find out for sure but each violation is worth X number of points and you are allowed up to a certain amount of points before it affects your insurance. Call your insurance company and find out. That "little" fender bender might be a problem if it caused 500.00 or more in damage. Good luck!

Oh. Then the accident won't go against your insurance if it was under 500.00 and no charges. The other one is a minor violation and will probably not go against yur insurance either.
