I download the software Webmoney keeper classic 3.9.5.1. But when i enter the registration code received from the email message is enabled, registration code has been used. I don't know what to do?

I have not been able to find any reviews on this "product." My opinion is that it could be a scam. Most of these sites that make you download software to data entry are. I would run a virus scan to make sure the download doesn't have its own agenda.
