If you will remember I post the struggle of my big brother and his bestfriend. His best friend was reffered to undergo a Radiation Therapy. They went to Dr. Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center for Radiation Inquiry. They are offering Linac and Cobalt 60. But they were confuse for what is more effective since only below average class of living. His best friend is on Stage 2 cancer as they say. Is there anyone who can help us enligthen about Linac and Cobalt 60?

hi syoti20! i agree with totolek however i really don't know the cost difference between the two. my friend was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer three years ago and underwent cobalt treatment. as i remembered she was given a special diet so her body will be able to withstand the treatment. she is now cancer free and hopefully will live a healthy life for a long time and we are praying that the cancer won't occur again. i pray that your friend will get well soon too. take care and God bless! lovelots..faith210

Hiya syoti, Hope your Brothers Best Friend finds the right treatment and he gets well very soon. I am sure he will be in the best of hands. I cannot give any opinion on this as I donĀ“t know the outcomes of these kinds of treatments personally. As Faith says the treatments are effective and People recover. Knew someone she had thyroid problems and she had to have an aggressive radiation therapy but now she is fine although it was quite tough on her to say the least. xxx

For me, I won't suggest doing the Radiation theraphy. It can do more harm than beneficial effect on the patient. You are from the Philippines, try visiting Fr Carmona in Don Bosco Kalentong, near Marketplace. It will surely help. He do his seminar every Sunday, just bring a small bottle for the enzyme, no payment.
