All of us heard about plane crashes many times here and there and also get a news that a number of persons dead in the plane crash. Reasons of plane crashed have been detected by its event recorder named "black box", which is made by a unique metal and never damaged during plane crash. A question is arises here, when a "Black Box" of a plane can be made of by a such metal, which is crash proof, then why not a whole body of the plane cab be made of with such metal? so that, no life may lost in future. Please discuss and give a suitable answer.

maybe if the whole plane was made of the same metal as the black box maybe the plane would be too heavy to fly. I am surprised when you see plane crashes how flimsey the walls of the planes look, they look like cardboard but it would be good if they could come up with something.
