how to change profile foto?

hey guys how can i change my profile foto.i tried to do so but i could not find out the method? plz help

i see two of our mylot friends have already helped you changed your photo. i must admit even years of being here on mylot... i still often find myself having a hard time to get around the profile changing and stuffs too. :D it takes a while to get used to actually. haha
