First think: Happy anniversary!!!! Second: I don't know what tipe of woman is your wife: you can bring her in a restourant or, if she like travelling, you can do a travel in a beautifull place (near a lake, near the see, in mountain...)

I would suggest bringing her a palce that cateres to her and a place that cooks in front of you too is always good as well. It might be expensive but worth it all in the end as well. I went to a place called bennihannas a week ago and it was truly amazing, they cook in front of you and cater you with everything its really good and it might be expensive but it was fun as well. I sugest going to a place like this but then again its your anniversary and you guys should pick but good luck and have fun as well.
