Very simlpe, scrub your face with besan and then wash your face with lukewarm water. Do this in the night before you sleep and after pat drying your face, moisturize your face with olive oil. Rub your face to generate some heat and message your face. Morning when you wake up, your skin will have a natural glow with no pimples. To avoid the marks that remain on the skin, while you are washing your face in the morning, wash once with a mild soap, then apply a little lemon all through your face (optional along with tomato juice 1 tbsp) and leave for 20mins. This will make your skin bright as well as the pimple marks will also disappear. Don't do this regularly as it will make your skin addicted and might become rough on the long run. Do it twice a week, irrespective of whether you have pimple or not, your skin will look healthier than ever and the pimple will never come back. Most importantly, drink loads and loads of water. And keep your body temperature under control. You should keep your body cold. The more heat in the body, the more your health will get spoiled. And Of course, pimples come only when your body temperature increases from the normal level.

besan is an indian name to chickpea flour or gram flour, u'll get that in any super market and i do agree with mahi's tips they are i use to do one of the above mentioned tip, i.e apply tomato juice, it use to be good, but then i dont have time or the patience to sit around with tomato juice drying, but i would go for it if i were you, i.e if u have some time left in ur busy schedule

@nfrenciz, thats right! besan is the gram flour. You will gtet it in all super markets and I am sure you will get rid of these marks soon when you are following. @Salma : Hi salma, if you do not have patience to dry the tomato juice, then you can drink the tomato juice everyday. It will help as an anti-ageing juice. It will reduce the wrinkles and removes all the toxins in your body which causes ageing.

A cheap and effective home remedy is bicarbonate soda. It is not baking powder they are two different things just to let you know. First, put the bicarb soda in a container which you will take to the bathroom and make a paste by mixing water with the bicarb soda. Once the paste is made spread it on the pimple affected areas you can either let it dry first or wash it off shortly after you put it on. From personal experience it stings at first sometimes. After a few applications it would improve. I have less back acne now and the scars are still there but are fading away. This can also be used as for exfoilation. If you don't trust me just look up the uses of bicarb soda you'll be amazed.

It may be normal for women like you but to answer your question. They always say that sleeping early and washing your face might be a good solution. Based on experience, use warm water when doing so as it washes dirt better. For the washing, there are facial washes sold in store. Try to ask people you know or read what the others here have to say.

If you don't want to take any medicine, you should always clean your face with a soap for oily skins, eat more healthier foods before your monthly period starts and use a acne cream every night. I have to say that I suffered with this problem too, but, for me, didn't have to do with my monthly period. It only got better when I use this medicine called roacutan, it was very good and I never had problems with pimples anymore. Maybe you should talk with your dermatologist about that.

Roacutan..hmmm i will try that as well...i always wash my face from time to time for i really don't like to see it very oily, but eating oily foods? i really can't avoid.:(...

hi:) perhaps it's better if you go to a dermatologist because maybe that's more of hormonal imbalance, and if that's the case even if you wash your face more than 3 times a day the pimple will still comes out every time you have a period. about the marks, use some bleaching cream to lighten it, or ask your dermatologist to do some micro peeling then maintain it with bleaching cream, but it also takes time, but it will eventually fade.

Try to use mild facial wash and put on a cream to affected marks only to whiten it. I am using whitening soap which fights pimples too for my back since I used to have pimples on my back too. So far, I never had any problems with so much pimples on my face now. I got rid of it a long time ago.

I think that's normal for women like you. Though there are also a lot of facial creams or ointments that would help you get rid of pimples and scars. Try to consult a dermatologist in your place so they could give you the right medication to your problem. If you will not do something about it, it could ruin your face, so better see a doctor now. God bless!

It should get less in time, if you have your period longer. Things you should do: wear cotton clothes (they breath), you need sun and fresh air), take care of what you eat, you can wash the skin with sulpher soap (start before your period starts). If the pimples are really worse you can ask for the Diane anticonception. It's not strong enough as anti conception but given over here to people with lots of acné including men. Also you could try to skip your menstruation once that way and see it it's really your menstruation that makes it worse.

Wash your face with clensor not normal hand soap. It'll help open the pods and keep the oil from building up to bad. It's very common for women to get pimple around thereperiod because of the horomones increasing and then decreasing.

You're hormones are the one to blame. I also had some pimples on my back, and they leave black spots, what i did is that, i scrub them with some bacterial soap and put some whitening cream. It works, but it will take a very long time, you just have to be patient.

well we have the same problem when it comes to pimple problem but for me...my pimple do go away after my period. i don't have pimple on my face but all my pimple are on my back so i couldn't wear backless dresses and stuff. i don't eat food that would make my pimple appear more. wash my face regularly and use facial wash for that matter that is appropriate for your skin. use also moisturizer and toner make your beauty regimen complete. ^_^ hope that helps

Well, pimples sometimes appear the most when you are on your period because of hormonal changes and that is normal. It ceases after the period if you are the type which is not really prone to pimples as long as you don't scrub and pick on it too much because it will only cause more redness and inflammation. For the marks, normally, it will lighten up as time goes by, but if it remains I guess whitening products will work or else, see your dermatologists for better instructions for that.
