So i run craigslist ads at work throughout the day. My boss has probably over 50 items on craigslist to sell. I have gotten a few calls in the past week but not sure if he even has called the people back and i understand he is busy but needs to call p eople back so he can get rid of stuff and also stop looking like a hoarder in the yard. He owns a construction company so has many furniture items and construction material for sale but never seems to ever want to get rid of it when people call him. Do you buy things on craigslist?

I have one item on craigslist to sell and I had 1 person email me about it and I responded but she hasn't responded back. I haven't bought anything but I have gotten a few things off the free part of the site.

I don't really buy things from craigslist cause I honestly don't trust people too much. You need to be very careful. I did however find my apartment on craigslist. What we did was we looked up the address and talked countless times to the landlord and met her in person and seen she was honest and good. I've also gottena few free things from there like a futon for our living room.

Yes, I do. I've bought a few things on there (spread out throughout the years, of course). I've also sold or given away things on there as well. Happy mylotting!

Truthfully, no. But I did buy a couple of things through eBay and Amazon. I did posting on Craiglist before and received a few call to enquire about the item. I am pretty sceptic when buying something online. I usually choose seller with good reps and received lots of positive comments.

No, I never want to buy anything from craigslist. A friend of mine who actually got scammed twice from craigslist, and I don't want to fall in trap like him. Oh yeah, a friend of mine who also sold his car through craigslist too. I don't know how people get so lucky through this website, while some aren't so lucky though.

It kind of sounds like your boss is making a token effort, if that... I use Craigslist, but only very rarely. A few years ago I found a great deal on a used washer and dryer. When we moved out of that apartment our new apartment didn't have washer and dryer hookups so I listed them on Craigslist and sold them for the same amount I paid for them. I sold my first car through Craigslist, too. Right now I am keeping an eye on a listing I saw for a Beseler photographic condenser/enlarger. It's a great deal because the seller only wants $59 for it (that model is usually between $1,200 and $1,300 brand new), but he lives in a city that's 150 miles away from my town and I don't want to travel that far just to pick it up. I will be going there in about a month and a half to pick someone up at the airport. Hopefully it will still be available then!
