first of all it's a good thing to find out if you don't have any disease that makes you feel so easily tired. Also it's possible your energy level is not at it's top if you wake up but later on the day or in the evening. If so you have to try to create/live a life-styal that fits your bio-ritme. also see to get rid of stress and try to live a regular life (enough sleep, eating at the same time).
Don't think fastfood is the way to gain weight. See to get about 5 meals a day (2 of them can be fruit/yoghurt etc). If you really need extra calories try something like: isostar
Most vitamins your body is not able to store you will pee them out, so too much vitamins (which you will have if you eat healthy) can be a damage to your body as well.
You could try vitamine D for a while who know it helps.

hi cairalyhssa get to the doctor and have your red blood cells checked as if you are anemic you will be so tired its just
horrid. once you get put on iron you will start to feel energy
again so go and get checked out. I am betting you are anemic as I am also.iron does the job and vitamine b helps too

hi:)
maybe you feel weak because you don't get enough sleep and you don't eat enough and you said you don't want sweets, and sweets for what we know gives energy. maybe try to eat enough first and try to take some over the counter multi-vitamins, but if you want to be really sure, go to a doctor and have a check up.

One of the things to boost energy is to regularly work out at the lowest intensity. Working out at high intensity will make you tired and sleepy. Vitamin C is reported to be the best to make you stay active. Feeling weak sometimes is a symptom of approaching illness like flue. Have a lot of rest and take vitamins before it really attacks you.

Oh. I'm also like that since I'm lacking of sleep and I usually forget to eat in the right time. My mom always scold me!
Well, since you're not from Philippines, I don't know if your pharmacies in Malaysia do sell a vitamins called FERN-C. That's what I'm taking right now.. It makes me feel a bit much energize than the usual and it also clears my skin! :)
If there's not, well, maybe you could find any other vitamin C there.

I think what make you feel weak is simply because you are not eating enough. I would suggest you to seek medical help to try and find out what might be affecting your appetite. It is hard to suggest you to eat certain food or do something since you do not have that appetite.
