This situation is very common in all workplaces. There will always be workers who will complain about almost anything under the sun from the work policies, to their co-workers, to their earnings and the employers. They never seem to get any satisfaction that they are lucky for being able to have a job. The best thing for you to do is ignore them. Just do your job the best way you can. If they tell you their gripes, just listen and don't give any comments to encourage them. This is just an unfortunate part of a job that you have to endure.

Well dear you just ignore them. Don't let them affect you at all. When they complain and say this and that against the policy and against Employer then it is their problem. Why don't they just resign if they are not contented? There are people who are born negative and these are people you should avoid. As much as possible avoid talking with them because they bring in negativity and that is not really good. Just concentrate on your job, do your best and be happy with it.

I always meet those kinds of colleagues when I was still working and the bad thing is that sometimes I used to feel the same way they feel about the company or the management too.
I think I should stay away from these kinds of people so that I won't lose the inspiration to work.
