I am looking for a software, which I can rip the audio part from a DVD, like a concert, I like the music from this concert DVD, but I simply want the audio part, which I could rip it off from the DVD, and convert it into CD audio, so I can listen it in my car. Any suggestion on the software which I can achieve such task? Thanks in advance.

There are many that you can find in the internet. They are shareware, meaning you have to buy it. One I can remember is vcd cutter or dvd cutter. You can try the demo version.

You could either use Audacity to record the sound as the video plays or you could rip the video to any suitable video format and then extract the audio using WinFF (a video converter which can also just extract the soundtrack) or similar. Both tools are freeware. Audacity is quite a powerful tool which can apply filters and effects to sound and allows you to edit a track, but both are quite easy to use.
