Keeping my 32" jean size for past 20 years or so... (more?)

Yes sir, trying very hard, like a madman. However, IT IS getting to me on 33",.. or I shall 'starve' myself. Eating strictly 3 meals a day - avoiding fast food, and working out regular doesn't do any good thing to my waist. Also found out by working out abs, the waist gets a bit thicker..I'm avoiding it.
However, I'm still better than my friends who don't do anything and are way out of control.

It's very difficult to maintain the same weight with the ages because the metabolism decrease with the time. So, you are doing very good if you were able to keep the same size of jeans for that much time, maybe you should just relax about this subject, because many times the stress affect the lost of weight.

You're absolutely right! We can't beat "the system." My metabolism is, and always been a big zero. However, here we are 'fighting' to look decent, cheating bloody gravity for being here LONGER than we can. That's the name of the game in my book. Luckily, I have no stress at this time of my life, and I never step on a weight scale to get one. That's a 'tabu' for me. As long as I button up my jeans, everything goes...- enjoying life, while watching all my friends getting big and not caring for a thing.
