Your blog itself is a website but i think you want that you blog look likes some websites with good desgin for that first you create a blog and then bought a domain for it just buy domain and a host for it. You should hire some webdesginer who will fllorish you website as per your requirement what ever you want and they will desgin but it is too costly for you. If you not opt for desginer then go with template choose a template of your choice free or paid but choose one and apply that you feel make your blog look better and attractive.
