Big Brother Brazil participant probed for rape!

Here where I live, Big Brother is already on the 12th edition (yes, don't know how persons here still support to watch this show...). This edition, however, had a very strange situation that got huge repercussion in our country. After a party (with a huge amount of alcohol!!), a girl was supposedly raped for a another participant, because when they were in bed, she was asleep while he supposedly abused her. And this happened in the first week of the show (OMG! I know that Big Brother have versions in a lot of different countries, so, this type of thing already happened in your country's version? Also, I wonder if in the others countries versions, the direction of the show gives tons of alcohol to the contestants to drink too (I know they want that the participants get drunk and do stupid things, but this is too much!!).
