I need help making my own PTC website!

Hey everyone, I was thinking of making something like a PTC website, but just a little different. I can make the website, but only a free one using something like Yola or similar. But I don't know how to make it where people can sign up to the website to become a member, and how I can set up a way for the members to be paid... using a free website. If anyone has made a PTC website and can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
