hi eynj,
Sometimes I do reflect of what can really make me happy. There are times that the cause why I am upset is because I don't have the latest gadget or I don't have a new clothes to wear. However, once I gained those thing that I am wishing, I noticed that the happiness I feel doesn't last long. I have realized that the intangible things are those that gives me lasting happiness. Those are being with my family and friends who never fail to give their support. As for me, what can make me truly happy is the love and friendship that I can have with the people around me.

I think there are lots of things in the world that can make people happy; we each just have to find our own special thing that makes us happy. For me, I like to be able to have all of my friends around me and be able to have a good laugh with all of them. In my opinion, there is nothing better in the whole world than having your friends around you when you need them the most. It is especially nice when it is a sunny day and you can just relax in the garden with a cool drink and maybe even some healthy snacks to go with your drink.

The things that make me happy are: to be free of pain and discomfort, that nothing bad or terrible is happening at this very moment, that I feel rested and comfortable, that I am not hungry and that I have all my basic needs met. I mean there's lots of stuff I need that I don't have but I was talking about good air to breathe, good water to drink (the tap water here probably isn't that good) and not great food but ok food to eat (even if it's just a peanut butter and honey sandwich or some scrambled eggs). So I meant having the necessities of life can make a person happy.

I am totally different person because some people always believe in money like if you have money then you have life that's make happy to them but i am quit different because thanks to god i have quit good life and also thanks to my parents because them such great life ...
Now coming to point i always happy when i make someone happy because it feel my good inside some i cry and that's really happiness because its coming directly from you heart .. I f i buy something its also making but its just change my face expression and it not compare with my actual happiness and hope in future not change as continue as i am because always my friends said every change as life passed and become a selfish so i just continue as i am now ..
KEEP LOTTING ...

as far as I know, happy come from your heart and it can be effacted. So if you want to be happy, you should spend much time with the people who can make you happy and be away from the one who make you sad. In fact, that cannot achive to that situation because we live in the various society, we have to confront different people whether you like or not. Sometime we have to pretend to like someone and pretend to be happy. And pretend to be happy then you will be happy too!

I'm more of an emotional type person. But it's kind of funny at the things that we find that make us happy. I moved to the area I live in a little more than 3 years ago. After moving here, I met someone at work. He is probably the best friend I have ever had. Just getting an email or text from him is the best part of my day. I find that if I don't hear from him I get upset. I'll get mad and angry. It's crazy, you wouldn't think people could make you have those reactions and especially not over an email or text. I guess it's just him in general that makes me happy.

More happy at my native home, where I visited 2-3 time per year and meet my parents, do some work for them and make them happy.
I always happy when I see little child with happy face!!
Happy when my kids show me nice result.
Normally I look always happy as its in my nature.
