One thing about life is that there are endless challenges and problems that you haunt you. Some people may be able to stand them, some people may not. People around you can help you but they may not always there. Many people had failed to regain spirit and keep on fighting for their challenging lives. This can be seen as some already committed suicide, mentally ill etc.
So how do you regain spirit after facing a lot of failures in whatever you do? please share you experience and insight with us.
I myself is not really good at this. I'm quite depressed as almost everything I've done ends in failures. However, I'm trying to hang on as I still have my beloved girlfriend by my side.

Some days I wake up with what I would call a "failure syndrome". I count the negative issues and don´t see the possitive ones. Other days it´s different. Maybe what we should do is to be more reasonable as to what to expect and how to cope with it.
Yesterday it was a wonderful day for me. I went to the doctor and she told me that my lymphoma (level4 type b, the worst) was still in remission. Noone knows when that will end. But meanwhile I will celebrate life. I am making a strwberry shortcake to have with lots of cream.
My car also passed with flying colours an annual revision. It helped (I think) that I told the man who checked it to be nice to it as it had not been used for almost a year while I was on chemo.
Other days I feel miserable for a cake that fails to look as beautiful as it should.

something went wrong does not mean i failed, it means i forgot to put a particular stitch in place properly. so, i re-examine the whole stuff and start afresh with 100% attention.
in the first place, i do not get involved in trial and error projects which could be haphazardly executed. i go every step of the way with God but sometimes, i roll over on my own and ...off i go. if anything goes wrong after all the care had been taken into putting things together, then i turn back to God.
i do not depend on people to help me solve my problems rather God should send the best/right people who can assist; i do not depend on them but God uses them for my good.

As a mom, I try to live one day at a time to avoid so much burden. Problems will not end, we just have to learn to manage them and live with them so that we won't be depressed. Hope for the best always and ask God for continuous blessings.

First of all I need to accept this failures I have experienced in my life. Truth hurts so I must deny myself of the fact of becoming like one. Acceptance is very important for you to move on to another step. It will always be hard to accept but in the end this will come to us.
After being able to accept, it is to come into different realizations. This realizations will be the basis of how will I be able to bring back the spirit that I was before. I always self-meditate and make some reflections of the things that I have done. I would try to make analysis of the effects of it in my life.
To make a shortcut, it is not good to be just alone when you are in the middle of your failure. Usually, I find comfort and care from my love ones. I talk with them and share with them my trials. That way I know I will be able to release the bad vibes which could lead to a big disaster or makes things worst.

I failed a hundred times before in my life. Good thing is that i have my family and friends around to help me. They're the one who were always there for me. But, one thing i depend everything is my faith with God. I keep on praying and asking him for guidance and help. I think prayer works, because He gave my family and friends.
I hope that you'll be able to cope up too my friend.

That kind of feeling usually gets me in late night. I either listen to music that I really enjoy or go to bed. However funny it might sound, going to bed isn't a bad solution. You seem to care less the other day.

Step back and look at what you call failures. Can you see the lessons you learned?
This is the reason for your life, learning, can't you see that success is nothing more than applying the lessons learned by failure? You see it's all in your point of view and that you have charge of. So much we face in life is not in our control. But how we view things is our responsibility alone. Blessings as always.

There are just going to be times where I am going to have to pull myself off of the ground and take a deep breath, figuring out what did in fact go wrong and more importantly, what is going to go right for me in the future. There are times where a bunch of little things just slap you in the face at once, and everything seems wrong. That is one of those things where it is rather hard to overcome.
Yet, I try to rise above it all, to overcome as much as I in fact can. Getting the support that I need when I can. However, there will be times where everyone is in the same boat as me. There are just many things can go right but a lot of things that can go wrong. I just keep rather pushing forward, trying to get through life and moving onto the next step. But everything still ways in the back of my mind.

This can be very difficult to go through. One thing that helps me though is to remember that I won't get anywhere if I don't try. So I remind myself that I have to keep going. If I want to see something accomplished then I have to work at it. No one else can do it for me. So if I want to earn more, do better in some regard it's up to me. Even though I will fail at times it's important to keep going. To keep improving to see where I can make adjustments.

Ow yes that is really so painful to think but what keeps me going on is my son. Everytime i wake up telling myself "im doing this for my son, i have to move"
Its not easy really coz up to now im still mourning after the loose of my parents in 2 succesive years i find it so hard. emotionally im totally down but life has to move on for the people who need me like my son and my brother.
Just always of those people who is very important to you definitely you will wake up everyday for them.

It's always hard. The best thing I can do for myself is to feel.. all the pain, disappointment, sadness.. to allow myself to feel it the most, tell myself this is part of life(experiences) and hope that someday it will feel better.
I don't see myself as a failure, also don't think everything ends up into a failure. I can only do my best and try to at least keep the promise I made myself to do everything possible to make myself feel happy. No matter what or how.

First, I must have to think that I am strong and no trials or no one could ever let me down! That god is always there for me, and all of these obstacles exist for a good reason!. And the love my family and support from my friends are always there for me! Think of the things that inspire you and makes you strong, than to think of the problem itself!

One can regain his/her spirit after failures primarily with moral supporting by friends and family members. Then he/she can improve his/her mental strength by meditation and with the help of counselling.

i always go to places that can make me happy. like malls i dont want to be a loner when i failed to do something. i'm not that kind of person who can be easily beaten by faith. haha. i can cry but i wont collapse. no one can be fallen if they only knew how to be happy.

The comfort of love ones , relatives and friends are what can make you regain your spirit after some failures. Their moral support as well as the needed help is what makes you strong again.
But most of all, it is my faith in God that enabled me to regain the lost spirit.

Failure never come before a small success... what i do is at failure, just relax myself and think of my successes in my life and will say to myself "If i can succeed that thing why cant i do this..?"... This will really boost me and also makes me to stop thinking the failures as a big issue..
Cheers..!!
