After death, I do not know whether I would be sent to the hell or heaven but I am sure of one thing that I would get rid of all the miseries and agonies I have been passing through now as a human being in the world. Death will bring an end to all of them. Do you agree with me?

Hi,
If you go to heaven your miseries will come to an end. However, if you go to hell, how does your miseries and agonies end? The situation still worsens. You have to face these miseries and agonies for eternity. right?

Well, I believe that I will be going to heaven after my life on earth is complete, but I really don't know that it will be a super happy thing for me because of the fact that I know that I will be leaving behind a lot of people that I'm friends with and that I love. With that said, I do know that all of the restrictions that I have in life because of my body will no longer be there, so it will be a good thing in that way.

I hope so. I think that if you are religious you probably have your own beliefs. I don't know what will happen when I die.

If hell were true and you went there, would not your miseries and agonies just get worse?

Nope. I dont. I think we live in perpetual chain or sequence of events. It is not as if you would be suffering forever, or will be happy forever. It is more like a night after every day, and day after every night. The span may differ but the sequence is the same. If you are facing prolonged unhappiness, the relief will be equally longlasting.
In Hindi there is a song - "Raat bhar ka hain mehmaan andhera, kiske roke ruka hai savera". I like the wordings of this song - especially "raat jitni bhi sangeen hogi, subaha utni hi rangeen hogi". Believe me it is true. It is what I am experiencing so I can say that honestly.
