I love her voice. Her song "At Last" was very enjoyed by this listener. I am thankful that we have recordings of such preformers. May she rest in peace.

I did find out about this over on Facebook and was surprised that she was actually still alive to this date. At Last was the only song that I was familiar with.

This is the very first I've heard of it. The world has lost a great musician and entertainer. I know that no one could ever come close to do the song as great as she did but I do think that Beyonce did an excellent job when she played Etta James in At Last. She even looked a bit like her.

I saw the headlines on MSN when I got online the other day. Very sad - she is a legend indeed! I am a figure skater, and although I've never skated to any of her songs, I know many who have . . . I remember many performances to "At Last".

She was a true talent, and her hit "At Last" has tried to be duplicated many, many times, but, nobody did it like her. Another real talent lost.
