It might sound like a stupid question, but it did happen to me few times I simply forgot and realized a lot later to inject my insuline. I did and I was able to low my high glicemia monitoring sevral times not to go in ipo. It happen to me only few times but once was after dinner and this forced me to stay up a long time to make sure I could go to sleep tranquill with no problems.

I can't say that that's a problem for me. (I have hypoglycemia), but my dad was a type 2 diabetic, and in his older age he'd occassionally forget every so often. Thease times were rare, and we never knew until he had an attack and had fallen on the floor. Of course he had to inject only twice a day, so for him it was a little different. Never liked watching though.
However, after seeing what he went through, I swore that if I ever became diabetic (thank god I'm not), I wouldn't let that happened to me. But, having hypoglycemia... I do tend to have issues remembering to eat like I should. Nothing severe to put me in shugar shock though. At least not recently. So I understand what you've gone through.

Hi thanks for your comment, I have a friend like you suffering of Hypo but not really diabetic. Make sure you have sugar with you in your pockets (I do to) always, I know that the fastest way to feel good is drinking a Coke. I tryed once I was in hypo and it really worked fast.

As concern to the diabetic disease it is necessary for the patients to take a morning and evening walk regularly and avoid tension and other problem like stress and worries. It will make a great improvement in the their health and also lead him to spend a happy life.

I don't have diabetes but my grandma have it. My cousin always inject her insulin before taking any meal. My cousin don't allow her to eat any food if my grandmother did not take her insulin. I ask her why she don't allow grandma to eat first before she give her insulin, she said that grandma is too old and she might be stroke again because of the high sugar. I think the effect is depend on the sugar level. I'm not sure..
