odesk please help! :)

Hi anyone please give my tips so that i will get hired in Odesk. It has been a month since I joined Odesk and there are still no employer who wanted to hire me. Its so frustrating! I am applying from different employers everyday. I almost reach my quota of application but still there is no employer whom I can work for. Can please anyone give me a good advise on how to get hired in Odesk. PLease..any Odesk expert here?

i am experiencing what you are experiencing in odesk too except that whenever an employer sent me more details about the work i applied too after few minutes odesk will send me a notifications that my application was declined so i ended to nothing again

yes i agree. i was declined by many employers already. but still i am not giving up in applying. i hope you be hired soon. Good luck :)

after trying for how many months at last i have been hired
