I have used Internet Explorer 8(IE8) for a long time and was happy with it for the most part. But after running a full virus scan the other day, I had to update some software and it wanted IE9. So I let it be installed. The speed is about the same, it reads a website that had recently been changed and IE8 has some problems with but it has one huge problem for me at least. When you download a file like a video or something and choose to save it, it automatically saves it in the download folder, that is you can't choose where to save it. So you have to then go and copy it to the location you want. IE8 would let you choose the destination. I haven't been able to find any place to change this if it can be changed. So now it has the same problem that I have always had with FireFox. So for me IE9 is a lot less user friendly than IE8.
