Sometimes on the way of trying hard for our desire we finally cannot get what we want but as the proverb goes if the God close the door he would open a window, we may acquire something else instead even though we have no hope for it. That does not mean one should give up hard work and just wait for the unexpected since there is no free lunch in the world.

God loves those who work hard in legitimate business. So, if we found some doors closes, Our God open many other doors for us, as far as our work is for the pleasure of Allah.

I think you are right. I know there are people born into better situations than others but that doesn't mean they are happy. I have known of people with a ton of money that were terribly sad. I think that pursuing our dreams and working hard to get them gives us a sense of satisfaction that you can't get by just having things.

Right you are, But sometime and not all the time it may not be on what you love or desire. So, we should insist And resist If our desire is to come.Also, and before and above we should first pray to our God To achieve our desires.
