I think the national government should issue a report to the Filipinos ... what is still being claimed by who and what has no sufficient evidence...
... making it an more entertaining legal "circus"? (are the words appropriate?)
What do you think ?

Many cases were dropped against the Marcoses because the Presidential Commission on Good Goverment or PCGG created during the Aquino regime after the 1986 Edsa People Power wasn't able to provide material evidences on these claims of ill gotten wealth. The PCGG was created to go after such wealth by the Marcoses but until now, none were retrieved and proven to be stolen from the goverment of the Philippines during the Marcos regime. What the commission has now, were just the properties that were sequestered for example the Marcos mansion in Baguio City, which was taken by the PCGG and was left to rot. If the government should have taken care of these properties then maybe it could be a source of funds now. The Aquino goverment and PCGG should stop going after this ill gotten wealth of the Marcoses instead concentrate in going after the tax evaders.
