Best proxy sites to download and surf

Hi., In many institution, they will block some website. we can open those site using proxy address or software. Would you give me any of proxy sites or software?

Mostly I'll just simply use hidemyass.com or kproxy.com. Or I'll use Ultrasurf, which can be downloaded for free here http://ultrareach.com/ Anyway, those institution are blocking some sites for some good reasons, better don't bypass it too much :P.

Ultrasrf is nice to use as a proxy. but it needs IP and port address. Do you know these address? which version in useful. i have to download torrent file using proxy address.

IP - your proxy IP address Port - 8080 You need to change IP settings in your browser too IP - localhost Port - 9666 I am not sure whether it can be use for downloading torrent. And I am not sure it would be wise to download torrent in your office. Remember, the IT guy on your company should be able to see your internet activity..
