which foods can endangering our health ?

Such foods like oils,sugar and chemical drugs have chemicals that can hurt us.
most of factories that produce these foods ,always advertise and encourage people to buy their products .but what is the fact? are they really healthy .don't they make us sick ?if we don't use oil for frying foods ,what is best alternative?
what we can use instead of drugs?
most of the chemicals are not suitable for our bodies .for each chemical food ,there are different reasons .
but I can summarize by saying that :
most of them have Preservatives that are used for keeping the foods for a long time and avoiding they from decay .
with preservative ,Destruction of coating to the surface gastric creates gastric ulcers .
If you do not care about that, it may cause cancer of the digestive .
best alternative for frying is Cooking with steam.
The problem that may we face to is that the frying foods are more delicious , but steamed foods are not ,who we can solve this ?
the answer is that we can use Spice to compencate this matter .
In next article I will describe the injuries of oil ,chemical drugs and alternatives for they .

Yeah you right,it is for appropriate to us to eat natural/ fresh foods.. fruits...veggies ...and how..? if you have a little space at you backyard you can start to have a mini plantation of fruits and veggies.. like my father who is suffering from diabetes , his doctor required him to eat natural foods and avoid processed foods, and to materialize his natural diet, he did plantation of different fruits and veggies for his everyday meal...

there are many foods that which it can endanger us in our health like high glycemic foods, instant foods , high fat , high sugar and many more as a nursing student if we will intake all of this with out having an increase fluid intake our body will became fat and we wll have many diseases , disease like hypertension , DM cardio vascular diseases and many more we can be healthy be by eating lots of vegetable and fruits and low fat low sugar so that we will be healthy.

Personally when it comes to cooking with Foods, and eating foods that are considered good for us, it can mean a lot of things for sure. There are so many chemicals and such out there that people tend to use in cooking that is considered not good, and healthy for you. They are now saying the Best foods usually are foods you can grow yourself, or something that is all natural and organic. Stay away from processed foods and sugars, especially when high in Sodium. It is a learning process for sure and one many are not willing to stand by as we have gotten too accustomed to the easier ways of eating.

That may well is one of a few reasons why there are more people suffer from cancer and deadly diseases nowadays than decade ago, too many preservatives, food enhancer, chemical and ingredients that can contain carcinogen are added into our daily food, they are processed and refined to suit our body disgestive system by for profit food industry in a very restless way and through various scientific methods in today fast pace life style. There are too many food in today market to list them all that can endanger our health, most of them are refined and processed food that practically contain no amount of nutritious value at all except cause harm to our well being. This is the reality one need to face with everyday with the arrival of globalization on food and drink products in today world. Sigh!

I believe that junk food do not give any nutrients in our body that is why we use the term "junk". It refers to those things that must be put in the junk shop. It is not different from those rusty steels, used utensils or tools that do not function normally. I think that people still do commercials of those junk food just want to gain more money. Well, since we are educated enough about junk food, we ourselves must refrain eating it. We should also share the information to other people especially to the kids around us so they will be aware of what they are eating.
