ddr3 memory?

i was just looking for 8GB DDR3 memory and in the pricelist i found something strange about the price... Corsair DDR3 Vengeance PC12800 8GB (2X4GB) - CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 Rp 533,000 Corsair DDR3 Vengeance PC12800 8GB (2X4GB) - CMZ8GX3M2A1600C8 Rp 768,000 ($79.99 on neweggs)

it depends upon Hz.. the price varies because RAM you specified are of different Hz it varies from 533 MHz to 1600 MHz.. based upon that RAM speed also varies in microseconds..

isn't the PC12800 is linear to Hz so the higher the PC the higher the Hz they had (or am i wrong understanding the meaning of PCXXXXX)? the memory that have a higher price above have the same PC12800 which mean that it have the same Hz
